i was just curious if any club cobra guys going to mid-ohio meet for ohio saac on 7/9/2004

I usually go. You may want to post on the OCC forum under club forums as well. I will be doing some updates to the event link hopefully today.

thanks for the pointer. I've never been to mid-ohio before and was looking for some pointers on the track. I saw it on tv this last sunday.they had the american lemans series there sunday.looked like a challenging course.

Sign up for this Fun Event! As long as you have a Ford engine and a roll bar you should be eligible. Hopefully Rick has got his roll bar in also before then. The majority of the cars participating are not original Shelby's so without us replicas and other Fords, there won't be any event! Lars |

Lars is right. It is just plain fun to hang out or drive. And yes, without the replicas there would be no event. The rules and classes are set up so that skill and experience are taken into account and they make it very safe. Limited or NO passing, that sort of thing. If you would like to learn and get some track time there is no greater value. Rick |
