DVD or Video from DVSF-IV
Will there be a DVD or Video from DVSF-IV? I took a bunch of video from London at the start and finish of the "speed runs", and got some great rider's commentary after the speed runs were over. MidOHasp ended up with the footage; any news or ETA when we can see some video?

I've been slowly looking through things and am DEFINITELY planning on a pre-Christmas release of the DVD/video. I do need more footage from people. I've gotten it from two. By the way, Edley, your footage turned out fantastically. The camera angles, etc... and post-ride interviews were priceless. If anyone else has footage, please send it to: JP Leedy 2577 Euclid Heights Boulevard Cleveland Heights, OH 44106 I have enough footage to probably make a good 15-20 minute movie. I'd like to shoot for a 30-minute feature with a few 2-3 minute teasers. Please send me any digital pics or any video you have. I DO have the capability to use VHS tapes and convert the footage (albeit with a drop in quality). I'm going to start a new thread requesting video. I'm sorry...I've been so swamped with work projects that the posts you see from me here are pretty much the rest of my free time. Maybe I will take a hiatus and work on the movie.... :LOL: Best... |

J.P Will keep an eye out for the completed DVD would surely like a copy. Was lucky enough last year to get a copy from 'weendoggy' - I sent some money over to Glenn there and he was kind enough to post me a copy. %/ Will keep looking Cheers Bernie |

Saw 2 cars at the Reptile Roundup which had camera mounts on the roll bars. Meant to go back later & get info on where to buy one but forgot and the video doesn't show the manufacturer's logo). Anyone know where to buy those and have any experience with them; particularly how large/heavy a video camera can be "safely" attached (I know that's not a word in the Cobra dictonary, but would hate to see only the mount left on the car after a hard right and the cameras on these 2 cars were the small hand held digitals ).

I bought my camera mount from Bell Motorsports: http://www.bellmotorsports.com/ Scroll down the left side to Equipment. The mount is SCCA approved w/ a retainer strap. Clamps to the roll bar, very well made. Price was $99.95 a few years ago |
