DV--Time To Speak Up And Let Us Know
This is a repost of a lost thread, but needs to be posted again.
DV, It's been well over 3 months since the Fling and the last time you posted on CC. There have been other threads about SF V that have gone unanswered, but the people that have supported past Flings deserve to know what is going on and will there be a 5th Fling in Columbus. The main interest is time for the planning, if you're not going to hold the Fling, since there is so much that would have to be done, it only fair that as much lead-in time be allowed, as possible. Ed, you've done a great job hosting 4 Fling's....but everyone needs to know what is going on. People are trying to firm up their vacation plans for next year, and jobs such as mine, all my time off for next year is picked in December. All we want is a thumb up or thumb down as to the direction that SP V is going. |
I know I would be interested as to whether it is on or off.

I'll second you on that Rick. I don't think there is a person who has been to one of the flings that does not appreciate the time and effort that goes into making it happen.... and we still want it to happen.

There will be a couple cobras coming down on Sunday..will be at Cracker Barrell around 10.... Can't do anymore than keep this thread on the front page and hope to get an answer. I've called his cell and get a message box giving you a number...don't even know if it's still his cell. Jack |

Here is what i would like to do at the next fling. 1. Friday : poker run from 8-4, and after that we could just hang out at the hotels for socializing, or whatever. 2. Saturday 8-4 downtown London for the strawberry festival. Saturday evening we could drive up to the Quaker Steak and Lube to hang out and grab some food , or even motor on over to Easton Town Center to some of the establishments there. 3.Sunday 8-till whenever,, I would like to go back to the London Airport for some autocrossing or drag racing. This is just my opinion and I will be there no matter what we do even if all we do is sit around and just shoot the breeze. jeff priest
