Autokraft AC Cobra MKIV Suspension Question
I'm currently rebuild an 1985 Autokraft MKIV and I'm looking for lower control arm ball joint replacements. It's the "build in control arm"-style ball joint not the bolt on-style ball joint seen on later MKIV's. Can anybody help me with a good advise? Thank you!

This may help?

Just curious… was this car originally sold at Woltz and Wind Ford near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania?

In the meantime I rebuild the old joints. In my case they are not used the Saab parts. I have the build in style. It's a early one, AK 1084.

Car started at Clinton Ford NJ. Then looks like 2003 went over the pond. Sold out of 2023 Registries 2024 Registry December 23 print. Available for Christmas. Assume you would like more about your car in book? |
Hi Jeff
I have a copy of a title showing Woltz & Wind as Owner and 10-23-85 as orig titled date and 01-09-86 as date of issue. I dont know what this exactly means when, why or where the car showed up. In the sales advertisement of the last known US Owner he mentioned Woltz & Wind as first owner. In 2011 the car came from the Los Angeles Area back to europe. Would be nice to know the truth and yes I'm interested in the 2024 Registry. |
Great!
