Rolled body edge question

How have most of your cars had the inside hood opening edge finished. Just rounded off a little to a 1/8 inch radius or so to knock the sharp edge off - or rolled like the cockpit edges.

What are most cockpit edges rolled to - seems I remember they used 3/4 inch tube there on original cars but I may be wrong with that - 1/2 inch finished radius?

Thanks

Dan

We have never done the full-radius thing on the hood or trunk opening. Just smooth off the corner so that you don't cut yourself. I don't remember exactly, but I don't think that the backup tube bonded into the sides goes the entire length anyway.

That's what I hoped you would say.

On the cockpit edges - is about 1/2 inch radius what they are doing?
Thanks

Dan
