Payoff for the "rat race"
DAY 204: I heard that I may be car number 611... I drive the 35 mile trip from work each night, losing myself in the "Cobra daydream" hoping for the day when I can start the 428 and cruise the evening hours to forget the rat-race that makes all this possible.
It looks as though it will soon become reality, even though I will have to wait for another winter(Connecticut) to pass. Seeing the positive side of getting the kit at the end of summer, as having to wait until Spring to roll out the monster. This gives plenty of time to work the details, and not be tempted to "get it done!" Since the rolling chassis will be completed at the mercy of my hands, I can only pray that the end result is worthy of posting a picture on this site sometime in 2002. Does anyone have a decent historic picture of an actual 427SC painted silver with black stripes? (little to no chrome) Todd :3DSMILE: |
