Mickey Thompson S/R tire sizes for an FIA
Bob, I am looking to replace my 235/60/15 and 295/50/15 Dunlops on my FIA (2100). Looking at Mickey Thompson S/R 26x12x15 for the rear, but not shure on the front using 7.5" Trigo's, 26x8x15 or 26x10x15? The 26x8 would match the 235/60/15 with a 7.5" tread width while the 26x10 has a 9.2" tread width. But they recommend 5-7" rim width for the 26x8 and 7-9" for the 26x10.

Neither choice is exactly ideal. %/ But, I measured a car in the shop with 225 Avons in the front. The tread width is just over 7" and looks OK. Adding almost 2" to the tread width might be a problem.
