Turn Signal / High Beam Pod not Secure
Hi Bob:
I had the dash partially out the other day, thus I let the column down. When I put it back together, I noticed the turn signal / high beam pod was not tight. What do I need to do?

I need more information. Is the "pod" shown on Pat's picture or are you talking about the turn-signal wand assembly (secured to the column housing by a single screw on the base)?

On mine, there is a little screw at the base of the turn signal lever that, when tightened, secures the unit.

If it's the VW style turn signal, replace the 4mm (I think) bolt with the pointed tip with a Allen head bolt (flat on the end.) Mine has not came loose since doing this.
