FIA suspension height set up

Getting ready to reset the suspension heights on the FIA this winter while doing my annual end of season maintenance. Frame to floor (taken at front corners just behind the steering rack to front cross member) measures 5.5 inches, floor to center of front wheel arch/opening measures 24 9/16th. Curious to see what everyone else with an ERA FIA has their ride height set at. Could not find recommendations in either my FIA or 427 online manuals.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

They're in both. This is right out of the FIA manual.

Hope i didnt miss the answer but are these heights with driver in the car our without that extra weight?

Those measurements without driver but with 1/2 tank of fuel. Unless the driver is massive, things won't change more than about 0.1" loaded.
