Lawsuit Help
As you have probably seen on the All Cobra Talk section, FFR is trying to gather a bunch of older Cobra Replicas as exhibits for their defense in the Shelby lawsuit. The court date is Friday, October 26 at the Federal Courthouse in Boston. We would appreciate any help that you can give them. A bad outcome of this suit could effect us all adversely.

Don't know if one of our cars would have been any help, my son here in texas has the earliest BRIDGES 351 SN*******14 registered currently in Texas manufactured in 1974 at our facility in Dallas. Saw your post too late to make arrangements and for time off for trailering. Can't understand why o'l Shel has chosen this route when allowing/helping certain ones in the COBRA arena to purchase thru Ford, Engines, etc. for use in manufacturing. Side deals I guess. We took a beating for our series of Replicas in 75 thru various court actions with the final pressure coming as Mail Fraud of all things. Still have court docs and pics as proof. It's a shame he has chose to do this when the car luvin' citizens purchasing pressure created SHELBY AMERICAN (Carroll was just a tire salesman with a bad heart that followed the purchasers money).
