Sorry, I don't remember your name, but we spoke on the phone on Monday.
Thinking about your lack of low-end torque. (These things pop into my head at the weirdest times.) Check the timing curve of the distributor. It might be that the distributor is sticking. You may have some low-end torque hiding there somewhere. |
Also check your throttle linkage. Specifically the bracket mounted to the drivers side rear of the intake manifold. Mine was loose due to a short bolt/stripped threads. Fixed that and all kinds of power showed up!
