fresh air vent cable hanger screw
Does anyone know off-hand what type of screw should be used here? Both of mine are missing, and was hoping to avoid screwing up the existing threads.

A bigger trick may be finding the screw hole - if in fact one is there. I assembled my own so and I didn't have that clip as part of the ERA pre-assembly. Come to think of it - the cables were shipped uninstalled on mine so not sure what they do on shop assembled cars.
If the carpet can be carefully pulled down from above to locate the hole that will probably help. My guess is if ERA secures them, it's probably one of the small phillip head assembly screws they use for temporarily mounting aluminum panels - but not sure what # size they are from memory. May be a trial and error fit thing if you can find the hole. |
That probably had a #8 or #10 hardened hex-head sheet metal screw.
