That could be it. I have a Lakewood. Here was the original thread on it all: http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/era-...-part-not.html

http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...3900&pictureidThese are the 2 pins I’m talking about. The one on the left is the old clutch slave pin , the one on the right is the new style. The new one used a fork with a hole in it to ease adjustment. http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...3900&pictureid

OK - I have a similar setup although the adjusting nut ERA provided was a shorter version - but it all works fine. My TO fork is similar.

I had the fork with the hole originally but replaced it with the one in my picture above. I did keep the adjuster you show on the right and just shortened the rod since the hole is no longer there.

Clutch arm adjuster

Thanks for the replies / i'm thinking the adjuster with the hole will be easier to adjust .

It is. Just don’t be too tempted to cut it shorter if it seems too long at first. I did just that and ended up having to buy another rod after I got the clutch all dial in.

THANKS for the tip , my car has plenty of room to leave it long- DanEC
