Is there an issue with undercar exhaust and ERA rear suspension?

Does anyone have the ERA rear suspension and undercar exhaust? I thought I read somewhere that the pipes have to exit in front of the wheels? I'd much prefer the street car look of pipes out the back.

Chuck,

Sorry, but things are just too busy back there (with the ERA rear suspension) to fit an exhaust pipe next to the tire. %/

Thanks Bob, I understand. Now I just have to weigh the technical merits of your suspension against a jag suspension with outboard brakes like those from accruate mechanical. Any comments on that?

It seems like....

The ERA suspension has going for it:

1. It's adjustable.
2. It claims to provide some anti-squat which I assume the jaguar does not provide much if any of.
3. Has upper and lower trailing arms which should help with deflection (and I assume is where the anti-squat comes from).

The Jag Suspension from ERA has going for it:
1. I can have tailpipes.

The brakes inboard or outboard probably aren't a huge concern. I've ordered the big front brakes.

What about rear sway bar on the jag suspension, will that work with tail pipes?

Yup...

Have you got a picture of...

Bob,
Sorry to belabor this but I'm really on the fence on this question and I assume hopefully I need to decide soon on any changes I want to make to my order.

Do you have a picture of what I would get for an undercar exhaust for the ERA suspension? I assume it would exit in front of the tires? I'm sure Peter would _never_ let me order something you guys hadn't built before :) :).

Thank you for all your help,

Chuck

Thanks

That actually looks a LOT better than I thought it would. I think I'll stay the course.

Thank you, Chuck
