Canton Oil Cooler Thermostat

A number of months ago a thread on oil cooler plumbing, sandwich adapters and inline oil cooler thermostats ran here on the ERA site.
I was just wondering if anyone has been using the Canton thermostat and, if so, what kind of experiences you've had with it.

Don,
I was part of that thread but I was B#@%*ing about my Mocal Thermostatic adapter which is doing NOTHING to control oil temp. [never warms enough] I've since bought the Earls part that Bob recommended, but have not had time to install yet. I'm optomistic that it will be superior to Mocal and Canton.
Hope others respond with their results.

Don-
I must confess that everyday I go into my shop I look at that beautiful Canton unit sitting right there on the work bench and think "Man, I should really install that one day." One of these days I will install it, but now that the air temps have warmed it is not as much of an issue. I just need to order the AN fittings and some hose and then I'll install it. It is pretty though:)

Chaplin:
Thanks for the update.
Anyone else out there using it?
