4 pt harness mounting

I am assembling an ERA FIA and am ready to install the 4pt seat belt harness, but am not sure exactly what gets bolted to where. I can see the 4 threaded mounting holes on the rear bulkhead, the 2 holes on the floor behind each seat, and the hole on the inside of the rocker panel. Can anyone explain what gets mounted to where, or please post a picture that show it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The inner lap belt mounts to the hole in the floor, the outer mounts to the rocker hole. Each shoulder harness mounts to the panel behind the seat. Perusing the FIA section should give you some hints.
