Where to buy "Silent-Travel" door latch parts?
 
Hey Folks,
The threads on my wedge shaped piece of the "Silent Travel" door latch are stripped out. Any idea where I can buy just those two pieces? The wedge shaped deal and the nut?

Maybe grind the threads down a little and run it through the next smallest die? Doesn't look like the thread size is critical

You can't get individual parts, but you can get just what's in your picture from mossmotors.com. Part 401-308 on the web.

Mine busted 2000 miles from home and we took one off a Healey:) I get the Moss catalog simply for these kind of reasons.
