EBC Co, vented, slotted, drilled discs?

I have the rear subframe out of my snake right now doing "maintenance" & found a listing for vented, drilled, slotted rear brake rotors by EBC, they're made in the US & are supposed to be direct replacements for the standard inboard Jag XJ6 rotors. I'm a bit concerned as I've never heard of EBC & am wondering if there may be a problem w/warpage as the original rotors are solid. Does anyone here know anything about these rotors or used them?
As an aside, I completed the dual quad conversion w/the help of the forum members here, thanx!, & it was a job, but it was definitely worth it!
