Brake and suspension conversion
Is it possible to convert a base model front brake system to the big brake option? If so, will the rotors work with the existing spindles or do they need to be swapped too?
Can the ERA rear suspension be swapped for the Jag rear? If the answer to the above is yes, is there a certain cut off that it can't be done. Example, like the first 100 cars built. Thanks.... :3DSMILE: |
The big-brakes require a spindle swap before chassis ~650. The rotors are larger and come with hats. If you have bolt-on wheels, there's a new hub too. The pin-drive big-brake conversion comes with new pins.
The ERA rear requires (about 10 hours) welding on chassis before 565. It's a bolt-in on later cars. |
cool, thanks.... :D
