Thanks guys. The diagram is a little confusing to me. mabey I have to look under car to make sence of it. Im cutting wires only to the outter terminal, removing it, installing the new one, removing green and pink wires from inner terminal, and attaching red and black wires? where did they come from. I thought wires from harness were pink green and violet??

I'll fix those colors. Bad translation from the CAD file, and I assumed that the illustration would be mostly printed from my B/W laser printer so the color didn't matter.

Just wondering, should the pressure switch be mounted on top, bottom or sideways to the line? air bubbles? or does it matter? Is this CH switch pressure the same as the Painless Switch (except contact pins)? I assume that CH is the main manufacturer and it's just packaging. Seems I need a lot of brake pressure to activate my switch ...

Cole Hersee makes several different brake switches. The actuating pressure might or might not vary between them. Haven't tested them myself, nor have I ever looked at a Painless switch. Our switch seems to actuate at about 1 or 2 lbs force at the pedal. The biggest problem with some switches is that they are not designed for the high pressures in disc-braked systems and fail too quickly in use.
