I like the way this turned out..

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d..._2086small.JPG http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d..._1746small.JPG I recently sprayed a black rubberized coating on the bottom of the trunk. I thought the pink fiberglass was displeasing to the eye. Here's before and after pictures.

Brilliant minds think alike... On Friday I was just contemplating how I would change the fiberglass color if I had one of my own.

Hi-

Looks nice; I'd like to do the same. What coating did you use?

Thanks,

Jeff

Bob-

Is this something ERA could do during the build, or should I ask the painter (Tony) to do it?

Either way will work.

I had contemplated doing the same thing when I got mine but the color has since grown on me. It looks more "original".

I used Plasti Dip which is made by Performix. It's a multi-purpose black rubber coating aerosol spray that you buy at Lowes home improvement. One can should be enough.

Thanks! I'll pass that along to Tony.

Jeff
