That's just for a matched set of carbs but I know Barry at Survival can set you up with whatever you need.

Blycans can probably give you some guidance. Just be careful about height. I had to remove the stock scoop on my hood and use a GT350 scoop to clearance my 2X4 setup using a tunnel wedge manifold.
All the best!

Barry can hook you up as he did me on it. I think the 750s might be a bit large for a 428 though. I got the "Barry sourced" Quick Fuel custom 750s on a Tunnel Wedge (as pictured) for my 482" S/O along with air cleaner, fuel log and carb linkage. The combo works great too.**) Barry can also have a set of carbs built expressly by Quick Fuel for your 428 too. Keith Craft can also provide a "turn key" combo too. I believe he likes Holley 600s with his dual quad setups. You can plan on around $2K for the setup, not cheap.

This intake manifold is what I'm running . So far two trimmed down S&H air cleaners are all that will fit and they are trimmed down to just touch the hood front and rear. Old technology. They now have single fours that are large enough and you can get a decent air cleaner with dropped bottom and a large element. I bought the car like this, If I were building from scratch I wouldn't build it that way now. I'm kinda stuck, Heads and intake have been milled to match and fit.
