Edelbrock Performer Manifold for 427 FE S-O

Does anyone knows if Edelbrock manufactures a performer manifold for the 427 FE side oiler? If you know the stock or part # please let me know.
Tks
Lou

Amazing timing, Lou, as I was talking with my engine builder today about two Edelbrock Performer manifolds for an FE side-oiler.

Performer - part #2105 (4.92" height to carb pad)
Performer RPM - part #7105 (5.46" height to carb pad)

The Performer RPM is a better performing intake at the expense of hood clearance...

Regards,

Kevin

The Performer is a turd.

You want the Performer RPM.

Well, that confirms that :) .

I'm going with the Performer RPM and a two-piece drop-base air cleaner that ERA provides. Once you have the engine in and know exactly how much clearance you have, the air cleaner is welded to the base at the highest possible point (leaving about 3/8" for engine torque). That way you get the most flow out of a drop-base that you can get.

Kevin

Hi Fred,

That one bore with the surface rust cleaned up at 4.250 (.017 over). I'll be talking with Doug tomorrow with a final decision on the cam (he's doing some calculations).

A Premier contributor is someone that contributed money for this site. I didn't type that in there - it is part of the membership level. Maybe one of the moderators can fix that...

Kevin
