c5ae-f vs aluminum heads
I have a nice set of c5ae-f M/R heads that have been ported out and larger 2.25 & 1.75 valves in them for my 427 stroker. I'm not sure if these heads are a better choice then aluminum edelbrock ones. I know the cast heads are heavier and you have to run a lower compression ratio then alum. heads, but i'm not sure how much flow difference there is between them and which would be a better choice for me.

If you're comparing to an out-of-the-box set of Edelbrocks, you're not gonna gain much if anything at all. If you're comparing your heads to a set of fully ported Edelbrock or Pond heads, then it's a whole different ballgame.

You will lose 44 pounds off the nose of the car with any aluminum heads.
For the same valve sizes as you have, and can use 320CFM / 230CFM with your combination, get Shelby stage II heads. CNC ported and raised exhaust port floor. You'd need a decent cam and intake though.
