All together and working well.
Jerry: the last three threads turned out to be in the aluminum head mat'l, like the heli-coil had a tap run thru it and kept on going into the aluminum. All four holes were the same .

Another way of aligning the tap would be to use an old rocker shaft. I put two on top of each other to better align them. Glad you're fixed.

Yeah, that had been suggested previously, problem with that is the hole needed to be 31/64", way bigger than holes in shaft/stands.
