Ford Casting #
Hello all for my first post. I am purchasing a 427FE For a boat that I am Restoring . When I was 2 yrs old my father had a 1969 Mandella Flatbottom with a Hollman Moody 427 Side Oiler . Well after the boat has been sitting in the garage for 30yrs of the person he sold it to , I bought it back . But the guy got rid of the FE and put a Chevy in it . I found a 427 in Reno NV that's Carb to oilpan and came out of a boat and has all the Hollman moody specific marine gear on it . Oilpan , Oil cooler, timing chain cover , etc . But I cannot find any codes like what is on this block . The # is C5AE-G . I can find info on -A's , -B's , -C's , -E,s But no -G. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
