Breather Question

Hi all,

I have a 428 in my Unique. It has a Weiand intake. At the top back of the intake is located a rubber plug where I add oil. I bought one of those fancy chrome breathers that I want to mount in place of the rubber cap. Only problem is there are no threaded holes around the rubber plug to secure the tall breather. Any ideas ?

Tnx,

Jerry

Thank you George. I figured I could use the breather itself for the pattern. The big center hole is there already and all I need to do it tap it for screws. My question is how deep should I drill and tap ??
Bottom tap or taper tap ?? Any suggestions on what size screws.?. I,m not a real expert on taping and could use any advise anyone has to offer
Tnx,

Jerry

Hey George?

Do you have a photo of the finished intake w/ the neck and breather installed?

I hate pulling my valve cover breathers out to fill my oil.

Thanks,

Clois Harlan
