Those are pretty rare to find. They were part of the high rev kit. Solid lifter FE applications. Spiral lifters.

Wonder how long before the lifter to block clearance becomes excessive?
A lifter could be made from 2 pieces of hollow tool steel and still be lighter and outlive that cast piece. Something to think about.

The part was available in 64 according to the part number. I had a friend that had tunnel port and had solid lifters similar. I went with the Shell light weight solid lifters. I Once had Holman Moody shell lifters and they were even lighter

i used them once many years ago, can only use them on a solid lifter block. they are quite heavy and a set of crower cam savers would be a better choice by far
