Help fo this 427 SO?

Dear 427 Side Oiler specialists,

don't be mad with me that I did not search the whole forum for information on my new engine.
That may take a while!

Beeing a (converted) Chevy fan I have almost no clue what I bought.

Well, it is a 427 SO with 10.3:1 CR, with double carbs and the following cam data:

REED cam K2620, grind no XS292-300-10A3:
in opens 42 BTDC, in close 70 ABDC, lift .524
ex opens 86 BBDC, ex close 34 ATDC, lift .524

What would be the max rpm if shimmed correctly?

How may I check which heads I have?

What torque curve may I experience? (Please not SAE ratings!)

How may I tell from the outside which toploader version I have: CR or WR?

Thank you for your help,

Dominik

450-480 hp @55-5600 RPM.. Torque.. 525-550 at 3800. Provided you are feeding it right.. It isn't a 350. Try and get it past 5800-6000 and you will need a bigger trunk. No way to tell at this point what your tranny has in it without a builders tag or knowing what it came out of...
