oil pressure relief plunger and spring
Tell the truth, how many have put these in backwards???, I did, and could not understand why my oil pressure was 20 at idle and 45 at max. Whoa!!!....... the spring first and then the plunger!!.
No damage thank goodness. Perry |
The truth?
I did it once. After having to pull the trans and bellhousing out to put it in right I will never make that mistake again! It does look like it should go in the wrong way though, doesn't it? Pat |
Your right! all it takes is having to pull that transmission and bell housing to learn a valuable lesson!, and again your right, it does look right, going in the wrong way??.
