Who is going to SAAC-27?
OK, you guys who crave info on the original Cobras. On Saturday, July 6, 2002, SAAC hopes to have 100 Original Cobras in one place at the same time, something that has never happened before. This is your chance to see and drool over the cars ,( if you can get around me---bring your own towel,as mine will be soaked early on!)
Ontario Motor Speedway in California is the location. I hope to see you there. Unfortunately, my cars won't fit in the suitcase (although some of the carry-ons I've seen would come close!), so I will be without cars, but my camera bag will be loaded with film and you won't be disappointed with the outcome of my trip! Try to make it if you can. I hope to photograph lots of replica Cobras as well as the old stuff. Bring your car and have a great time with other Cobra lovers! SAAC-27 is July 4-5-6-7, 2002. How about 11am at the Shelby tractor trailer? That is the only thing I know of that will be at the speedway. At this point, I am not even totally sure were the speedway is. **) I hope to see you there. |
