Recommendations for 427SO

I'm the guy that bought Turk's ERA car.I purchased a very nice
427SO block and am in the process of getting all the "innards" together. The FE buildup will be chronicled in a machine shop publication that I will pass along once it is complete.
Currently the engine is spec. is .020 over-KB hyperutectic pistons-
approx.10:1-Edelbrock Performer RPM heads-Performer RPM intake-Holley 750-MSD billet distributor (car has an MSD-6 box
already under the dash),Edelbrock water pump,ARP bolts,etc.
Need a couple of recommendations:
-connecting rods-prefer an aftermarket-no overpriced 35 year old
Lemans
-hi-amp alternator
-source for FE pulleys-don't want hot rod billet versions
-turkey pan-are they all the same?some seem so rough cut-Can I
buy one and cut it myself?
-flywheel
-clutch-who makes a good one for Cobras?
-cam recommendation-car only has a 3:31 rear end--good street
cam with torque
-oil pan-Do you favor Aviad or Canton or ???
Thanks-Dandy Don

Don, Dave Dralle at Willow Springs Raceway in So Cal built my motor. He uses Carrillo rods exclusively. He also bolted on an Aviad oil pan. He personally doesn't believe in the "turkey pan". Says it robs too much air from the carb.

Isn't the Columbus Ohio All-Ford swap meet coming up REAL soon? 1st weekend in April?

Find pullies there most likely I reckon. Flywheels too. Probably wouldn't buy a cam there, but it's up to you.

Maybe David Kee will be there and you can pump him personally about clutches, etc.

Any aftermarket rods, just make sure you check 'em over before installation and use the good fasteners.

Where is the Swap Meet is there a web page with info on it?

BTW...anyone got a line on a nice 427 SO block or 428CJ block?

Been meaning to ask, your signature makes sense as it appears, but how do you say it? Do you say "ten types", or is it "binary 1, 0"?

Just wondering.

Well...since 10 in binary = 2 in decimal..."There are 2 types...."

Thanks for the info!
