428FE to 427 SO

I have decided to purchase a 427 Side Oiler short block and convert my 428FE. My mechanic says everything should match up except possibly the fly wheel. The car is a Unique built 427 with a 4 speed toploader. Anything to be concerned about?

I have some really cool pistons if you are serious about making big power. You can use the 428 crank but it should be forged steel..
