Supercharging a BB??
What are the advantages and disadvantages of supercharging a BB??? Or is that a dumb idea??

Well now your talking big a$$ power! Check out www.cobraautomotive.com they have a dual (yes dual) Paxton setup for the BB FE fords. Lots of power and torque. fits under the cobra hood also. Priced at $8500 complete. They have a single setup also for a wee bit less. And no your not nuts we all want the power!G.:3DSMILE:

According to Weld Motorsports (Carl Robinson) the crate motor puts out 600+ on it own and 820 with the fuel injection and SC@ 8lbs. boost.:3DSMILE: :D

Most start at around 8.5 and run around 6 to 8 pounds of boost. Most any engine will live under those conditions. When you start pushing over 8 you need to start getting pistons, rods, steel crank and on and on and on........ |
