Best price on FE alum. heads ?
Hey guys, I'm wanting to buy the Edelbrock FE Alum. heads for my 428. Jegs & Summit are $1,230. Is this the best price out there ?

That's the best price I see. Factor in free shipping and no tax from summit and it's a bargain. I once bought a set of 302 SVO heads from ford in 1985. They were the only head available at that time. They were $635 each for iron heads without valves springs, etc.

I have not seen a better price than Jegs or Summit anywhere. It is very good head for the money.

The only way I know to get better price is to get the 10% off deals they offer during the late fall .That' when they are not busy and are looking to get volume up.
