Tunnel Port Dyno Tuning
Well guys, next week my TP goes on the dyno for a bit of tuning. I'm really curious as to what kind of HP it's gonna make. It's basically a stock TP except for the .579/.605 cam, race prepped Holley 780 DP, MSD ignition box and Billet Dist.. Have any of you dyno tuned and if so, how well did they keep the car cooled down ? I'm a bit concerned since it tends to run a little hot anyhow, sometimes up around 200 on warm days, and that's if I'm moving. What would you expect it to pull on the dyno ? I have my thoughts and I'm wondering if we're in the same ballpark.
Thanks, Cliff |
