427 help - tranny and engine

Guys,

I am building the 427 up now and need some input and suggestions on the heads, cam, intake and on the lower end, the transmission that works best (I want a 5 speed). What have you guys used, would you recommend it and are you happy with it.

It seems like everybody has an opinion but few have real experience to draw on.

Please help me out!
