Just got my new Southern Automotive motor today- an Aluminum 427 stroker motor (484 ci..) It is phenominal looking! it is going in this week...photos to come..:D

sounds good - I personally would like to see pics and hear how it runs for you - I have the same engine ordered and it should be ready in 2-3 weeks

Well I took the first "sHaKe DoWn" run today and this motor is a Monster! Phenominal power &torque.....I will have a few pics soon... I plan on running it through the hills this weekend. There are is a significant difference with the lighter weight aluminum block and heads....The Boys at Southern Automotive definetly worked their majic on this gem!

That lighter weight does provide a bit of power steering, doesn't it?
