Grinding a 427 crank

How much can a steel 427 crank be ground and still be servicable. I have the opportunity to buy one that has been freshly ground at .020/.020 under. Is this at the limit or could it be reground again in the future?

Thanks

Don

If the price is right ,I would buy it . 20/20 is no problem. Remember that is only a cut of .010 deep into the crankshaft. The crank could even go another 10 if needed. Hope this helps.

I've seen cranks that can go .050 with no issues.
