Check out the feedback from the buyer after the auction ended:
" He politely cancelled the deal, engine block is filled and only for a race car. "
Oooops.

First thing I noticed was a partially spray painted thermostat housing and a collapsed/kinked upper hose (mabe the filled block??). You have to be so careful with these big dollar items on what when and who to ask. There's a some good articles on ebay buying in some recent Hot Rod mags. I didn't see the feedback you were talking about posted. Hope it works out.......

I assume by "filled" it means the water passages in the block are filled with a specical kind of "cement" that strengthens the block, but of course, dramatically reduces the cooling capacity.
Thus, a "filled" block is basically a "drag race" only block. Some fill them only partially, some more. I wouldn't want a fillled block of any kind and WOULD cancel the buy when I found out.
The comment is under "Buyer Feedback".
