Help! 428 Engine Mount Bracket
I need the 428 engine mount brackets for my engine install. Can someone tell me where I can find them? These are the metal brackets that bolt directly to the engine block. Ford p/n C7ZZ-6046A & C7ZZ-6046B. I found them on a site called Muscle Car corral but they didn't have them. There is a guy on ebay that has them for $125 but that seems high. Thanks, Todd

Thanks Bill, but I do not need the rubber mounts. I need the bracket that the rubber bolts to. I ONLY need the metal that attaches to the engine block. I called Year One and they don't have it. I also called Dallas Mustang and Classic Mustang. Thanks, Todd

I'm swapping a 428 into my '70 Cougar and ended up getting my mounts off ebay for $90. Not the best deal in the world, but I can live with it. I still need the motor mounts with the rubber pads, if anybody has a set they'll sell at a reasonable price.

For hard to find Shelby parts not re-manufactured you can try Perogie Ent. (609)448-1684 or Bil Herndons Pony Warehouse (301)977-0309 or Factory Muscle Parts (813)626-1912. Not always cheaper (but often cheaper than e-Bay) but have more selection and better quality. |
Found 'em!
I found them here. http://www.perogie.com/ Not cheap but they should be here on Wednesday. They had a set of NOS copied and made several sets. They look good pictured. Hopefully, they are a perfect fit.
