C8AE-H Vs. D2TE-AA Heads

I'm rebuilding my 1970 360 which has C8AE-H heads on it. I took the heads off and compared them to D2TE-AA heads. They both looked identical to me. Is there any difference between these heads? Anyone have any info on both these heads? I know the D2TE-AA heads have hardened exhaust valve seats.

I don't believe there is much difference except for the noted induction hardened exhaust seats. Valve sizes are the same (on virtually all FE non hi-po heads) and it's unlikely they flow any differently. I imagine Keith Craft would know if there was any flow difference.

They are identical except the D2's with induction hardened seats as mentioned.
