427-428 intakes compatable?
 
I have been considering a weber setup for my 428 and see there is one for sale on eBay right now. It is for a 427.

Question, does the intake from the 427 fit onto a 428FE motor??

Should fit okay unless heads were milled.

Yes, the intake will fit. Any, unaltered low rise, or medium riser intake will fit basically all FE engines as long as the surfaces have not been overly milled. The high riser intake needs a high riser head and the tunnel port intake needs a tunnel port head, otherwise they all exchange...so buy the webers and have fun.
