360 vs 390 block

I just want to either confirm or deny that a 360 block is identical to a 390. Assuming they were both cast in the same year, all additional parts (crank, rods, heads, etc.) were tossed, and the two were sitting next to one another, would there be any difference?

As always, thanks for the input!

No both blocks are exactly the same.
