oil dipstick
Having a problem with my oil dipstick, keeps getting broken by the crank. Do they make a guide for my motor to keep this from happening?

What oil pan do you have?

Could be hitting the windage tray and curling upward into the crank. Something that needed checkin' on assembly....

airvolts- I had the same problem. Barry is correct. Mine was hitting the windage tray, so I removed the pan. It was hitting just at the edge. I marked the location and used my cut off tool to cut that area out. No problems now.
