For a stroker FE, Scat I assume, the woodruff keys are standard SBC size and the balancer key is 1/4" x 1/4" x 3/4" bar stock. any machine shop can provide that one.

hope this doesnt sound like a stupid question, but does the bar stock run the length of the cut out on the crankshaft?

The keystock only needs to be as long as the slot in the damper. The Scat does indeed use normal Chevy keys - I buy 'em by the hundred - if you can't find 'em local just call/e-mail and I'll toss a couple in the mail...
