Headlight orientation

I am about to mount the Lucas headlight I purchased from Finish Line. With the bulbs in place, text in the upright position, the cable exits the rear of the shell from the top. This seems backwards as moisture could run down the cable and in to the shell. Is this correct? Should the bulbs be upside down? Do I have them assembled incorrectly?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Being that you are in the States and drive on the right side of the road, run wires to the light and when you light the low beam the beam should angle , down and to the right, and on high beam straight ahead. The wire should run through a grommett which will prevent moisture from getting in.
