Finishline Accessories not responding

Hi. Does anyone know anything about Finish Line Accessories ? They seems to be inactive and does not respond to order queries...

I've had successful communication with them in the past few weeks. I know Taylor was relocating to Concord from Martinez, but that should be done by now.

I think you can call a toll free number over Skype though. You may have to pay a few cents/per min, but it's cheap.

Finish Line Accessories still in business??

I placed an order with them a few months ago, but it hasn’t been shipped. I also can’t get ahold of anyone there by email, Facebook, or telephone. Does anyone know what’s going on with them?

I guess I could call my credit card company and reverse the transaction... where does everyone recommend for parts? Front badge, wiper arms, trim pieces, etc.

Cheers
Michael

I had issues with my order as well. It took months to get my order in. I was repeatedly promised it was "shipping today" or similar for a few weeks until all communications went unanswered. Eventually I got my stuff but it was an ordeal. The products appear to be very good quality though. I believe he has a lot of challenges between COVID and the wildfires in CA that have seriously impacted his timelines for getting products out the door. I would buy from them again as the price was good and the parts are nice, but I would not expect it to arrive quickly.

I'm afraid things are getting worse at Finishline. I placed an order a month ago.
Followed up with an email last week and no response. Tried calling them today and the recording said to leave a message. But at the end, the message said "voice mailbox is full, good bye"

MGM 03-29-2021 11:06 AM

Four months and counting. Absolutely no response by any means of communication. I understand if things are tough with Covid and the wildfires last year, but to not post something on your website about delays or respond to customers who have already paid is unacceptable. The website should be shut down until this is resolved.
I highly recommend avoiding placing orders with them until this is sorted out.
This is a shame, the quality of parts were good, and we are limited on suppliers for these cars. But if the owner of a business ignores their customers who have already given their money, that’s a huge red flag.

Have you reported this to your credit card companies? If you didn't dispute the charges in their time window (usually 90 days from first bill) they you might have surrendered your right to get your money back.

MGM 03-29-2021 12:08 PM

I did. Though they said it can take up to 6 weeks. They have to wait for a reply from finishline so they can respond to the dispute. Good luck getting ahold of them.
But good point! If anyone else is waiting for parts from them- be aware there is a deadline to dispute charges on your credit card. Don’t wait too long.

Same here... I put in an order on 2/11 for a windshield center support rod. No email replies but they did answer the phone once three weeks ago and promised to ship it that evening. But, no shipping confirmation and still not product. The problem is, they are the only known vendor that sells the center support rods....

Don't forget about these guys for Cobra parts. They are getting a collection, although no support rods.

Vintage wheels! Great customer support IMO !!! I emailed him a question about the headlight rings, and he responded within 10 minutes. Said he had them but they weren’t on the website yet, and then put them on the website later that day for me to order. However, take a look at the picture, they don’t look correct for our cars. They look stubby. I haven’t ordered it yet. What do you guys think? Look different?
