FinishLine e-mails

I just received confirming e-mails for an order I placed December of last year! (2005)

4 e-mails progressing from processing to shipped status.

I had received and paid for these items. In fact, I don't have the car anymore.

Whazzup Enzo/Paula?

I would think a phone call to them is more prudent than shouting out your window, like this.

I will edit your thread title...since it may just be an e-mail glitch at their end

Love those New Yorkers. :D

elgecko 10-10-2006 02:14 PM

Maybe it's a good reason to buy another Cobra.:):):)

JCoop 10-10-2006 07:17 PM

OK, I apologize!

After a bad day, it was all I needed...
Sorry, Ron. I did get 2 more emails today, the last one confirming a billing glitch...

I love you too, Naumoff

And I did buy another Cobra, elgecko.

:p

I bought several things from Finish Line durling my build. I found them to be great to deal with. They always shipped promptly and provided a good product to me as well as always treating me fair. It might be a good idea to give them a call if there is a problem. They have a toll free number 888-436-9113. Good Luck!

Not at all commenting on the issue in this thread - just taking the opportunity to say that buying from Finishline has always been a positive experience for me. Good people and a well run business.

 Clearly a computer glitch, hey, stuff happens!

Finish Line: excellent company, sets the high bar for business

I'm Serious. I love New York and the people.
I didn't know why they had that ad campaign saying it but after we went in 2000 I can say I Love New York, Too.
I am sure the rest of the state is the same.
Ron's post saying you were yelling out the window made me laugh as it seemed stereo typical.

New Yorkers are pretty cool, and contrary to stereotypical reputations, are very warm people when given a chance. But when we get awakened from a needed nap unnecessarily, we yell out loud. We have too much annoyance already.
This sub forum says "Finish Line---Speak with Paula & Enzo". I've posted here before asking about a couple of products that didn't fit. No response. Rude? no, I thought, maybe just too busy looking after a business. Finally got to return the goods after a pretty hefty restocking fee. So now, unsolicited emails charging me $254. So I tried talking to Enzo & Paula on this forum, as it's cheaper than a phone call, just a bit louder, perhaps...and I see, the only response I get are from this side of the counter, again.
Sorry for the rant, again, I've surely misinterpreted this sub forum as some sort of customer service channel for Finish Line.
I'll go drive the Cobra now.:3DSMILE:

They are probably on the beach counting all that money and don't have access to the internet. %/ ;)

Finish Line, Inc. - Toll Free: (888) 436-9113

...what's cheaper than a toll-free call?

Ray..........was just offering an opinion based upon my personal experiences, not 2nd hand info, with Finish Line. For some reason, these were all positive. It does not imply that someone else might never have difficulties.

A comparison could be made with UPS and FedEx regarding delivery failures, so far no complaints on the service I personally received, but others have had problems.

No foul.
... most businesses prefer their customer service to be handled as a direct communication.

These Manufacturer Forums are really a convenience for product discussions....few vendors use it as a direct channel for business-related issues.

They do not particpate as much as they used to on the forum. I beleive they have Henchman (and Henchwomen!) actually interacting here now.

If you call them, you will get great service and a quick delivery.

Now...how come I never got an email back from Mel Gibson after his DUI arrest?
