Edelbrock E-Street EFI
I am planning on a not too wild SBF 427 and I am seriously considering one of the self learning throttle body style efi systems. There was a pretty good article in the March issue of Car Craft and I ended up talking to the tech guys from each of the four offerings.
I am currently leaning towards the Edelbrock E-Street but excluding adds and promotional videos I am having a tough time fining any feedback on the system. Any feedback would be welcome. I know the general consensus on carb vs efi so lets not go there. I am also not into spending my life savings or cluttering my engine compartment so multi port and stack injection is out. Thanks tons |

I do not believe that these so called self tuning TB injection systems are capable of performing as advertised. Even if they are capable of decent drive-ability, I expect you are leaving horsepower and fuel economy on the table, and lots of it. I would expect them to do nothing well, but run good enough to keep you from filing a legal action. Not much more than that. |
